LISA RICHARDSON, MSS, LICSW, is the director of MSW field education and associate professor in the School of Social Work at St. Catherine University and the University of St. Thomas.  She teaches the integrative field seminar and clinical supervision courses in the Masters in Social Work program, coordinates the field placement program and provides training for field instructors.   Prior to coming to the university setting,  Lisa spent 15 years in clinical social work practice, working as a therapist, case manager, mental health consultant, team leader, program director and clinical director.  She has provided professional training in local, regional and international settings, and is a consulting editor and contributing author for The Field Educator journal.  She is co-chair of the North American Network of Field Educators and Directors, and assistant-chair of the Council on Field Education of the Council on Social Work Education.
