SANDRA POSADA, LCSW, ACSW, is the field coordinator for the US Army - Fayetteville State University Master of Social Work Program, Fort Sam Houston, TX.   Her MSW is from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University of San Antonio.  Social work academic affiliations have been with University of Houston, Our Lady of the Lake University, Texas State University, and University of Texas at San Antonio with just under 20 years of experience with field education.  She has had numerous leadership positions at the state and national levels.  She served in the Individual Ready Reserve as an Army Medical Social Work Officer for 7 years with a call to active duty in support of Desert Storm. She has served as the Chair of the Council on Field Education of the Council on Social Work Education (2008 - 2012).
